What do I do if the book is damaged?

If the book is damaged call us immediately. Or email us. If we do not hear from you in 5 days we assume you are happily reading. You may email us at libby@westcornwallpublishing.com or amy@westcornwallpublishing.com.

What is the return policy?

We do not accept returns except for damaged books. If your book is damaged please contact us immediately. Please note that we cannot cancel orders once they have been placed.

Can I send the book as a gift?

We are happy to send your purchase with a gift note in place of a receipt. Please include your note to the recipient in the comments section when you checkout, and make sure the recipient’s name and address is included in the “SHIPPING TO” field in the checkout process. Free gift wrap is available upon request.

Where is sales tax charged?

We charge sales tax in the state of Connecticut.

How can I pay?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Paypal.

How does shipping work?

We currently ship anywhere in the United States. We ship with the United States Postal Service and standard shipping is 2-6 days to most locations. We will email you when your order has shipped. We do our best to get your order out by the next business day after your order is received. Please contact us for overnight, priority or international shipping rates.

How does ordering work?

West Cornwall Publishing bills your credit card at time of order. We do our best to process all orders within one business day. You will receive an email when your book ships.

How does pre-order work?

When you pre-order a book it will be available within three months. West Cornwall Publishing will bill your credit card at time of pre-order. You will receive an email when the book ships.
